· Establish a working relationship with member district counselors, high school career center leads and CTE directors to create and promote a positive West-MEC presence.

· Serve as a primary contact point for member district counselors.

· Assist counselors with West-MEC information dissemination, student recruitment and registration.

· Assist counselors with career guidance pertaining to West-MEC programs.

· Coordinate an efficient registration processes with counselors to ensure applications are completed and due dates are met.

· Share necessary up-to-date materials with counselors and career center leads.

· Participate and/or conduct counselor information meetings and program information events.

· Serve an intervention role for students experiencing difficulty in West-MEC Central Programs.
