Recognition Ceremony Information and Downloads
What are the criteria for my child to be recognized at the ceremony?
Criteria will be based upon, but is not limited to, the following:
• Students must have completed or be in the process of completing a Central Program.
• Students must be passing all West-MEC course work in which they are enrolled.
• Students must be on track to earn the required program hours.
• Students must have maintained required attendance and discipline.
• Students must have paid all school fees prior to the ceremony.

How do I confirm my child’s attendance at the ceremony?
Please e-mail your child’s name and central program title to RSVP@west-mec.org. Your RSVP will notify West-MEC of your child’s attendance at the ceremony.
Where does my child need to report prior to the ceremony on May 11, 2012 ?
West-MEC staff will have a registration table outside the event auditorium. ALL students must sign in before entering the auditorium. Each student will receive an assignment card to fill out and be directed to his or her designated area.
Will there be a professional photographer at the ceremony?
Yes. The professional photography service, Grad Images, will be on site to take pictures of each student as he/she is being awarded on or near the stage. The photographer will contact you after the event regarding photo packages you may purchase. Family members and other guests will not be allowed on the floor during the ceremony to take pictures or video. However, you are welcome to take as many photos in front of the West-MEC photo backdrop outside the auditorium after picking up the award certificate after the ceremony.
